I had shoulder pain and scheduled an appointment with dr Bhagia. The appointment was for a month later. I called in two weeks and asked to be put on a list for cancellations. Finally the day came for my appointment. An x-ray was taken of my shoulder and his doctor's assistant saw me and told me my shoulder was fine, recommended what I could do if I had pain in the future, and recommended physical therapy. She was very professional. She asked if I wanted to see the doctor. I said it was not necessary.
My complaint is that the office staff could have had me see her immediately instead of having me wait a month when the pain finally subsided. My rating is based on the poor behavior of the staff rather than the doctor (who I never saw) or his excellent assistant.

Before my knee replacement, I met 4 surgeons to check different aspects of knee replacement. Finally, I selected Dr. Bhagia, as he not only explained me in detail, but he did excellent my left knee replacement surgery. He is a very professional and caring surgeon. Now, he will do my right knee replacement soon. I strongly recommend Dr. Bhagia for knee replacement.

Everything before and after surgery was up front and all questions answered. I am very happy with the staff and Dr. Bhagia. My surgery went easy and recovery went as planned.

Staff all pleasant. Dr Bhagia accommodated my need for early morning ASAP appt. Very thorough. X-rays done and Dr Bhagia was excellent going over X-rays, my diagnosis and what I need to do. Love this office

Office staff are very helpful. Doctor Bhagia
is an awesome doctor. He listens to you and he is very knowledgeable and very patient . He is also very professional! He treated me for my fractured hip and now for my broken knee cap. I really appreciate him and his office staff.
If you are looking for an Orthopedic doctor he is the one!

My experience with Dr. Bhagia and the front of office staff was top notch from appointment setting to procedure. The office staff returned my call within the same day, answered my questions and got me scheduled within the week. The staff were very kind and accommodating on my visit and Dr Bhagia was very informative. He gave me helpful insight and was very patient with my questions. I would absolutely recommend this group to anyone looking for orthopedic care.
