First the ladies at front desk were great, X-ray is entertaining…. BUT. The girl who gave me my shot ( 2nd time I’ve seen her) still did not introduce herself I have no idea what her name is and I was very surprised she gave me my shot.
First time I saw her she tried to do my pre op and could not answer any of my questions she kept leaving the room to get the answers I said why don’t you way till I’m done and get all answers at once.
I guess whoever she is should also get new tennis shoes or wash those.
I’m sure this not what you wanted to her but I have had 3 surgeries with Dr. B and you asked so I’m telling you.

All of my appointments and my surgery with Dr. Bhagia have exceeded my expectations. He is very calm, a great listener and carefully addresses each and every question. His office staff is very organized and helpful.
